You must read my terms of service before commissioning me. Once you have paid your first payment on your fursuit you are agreeing to our Terms of Service.

ORDERING
You must be 18 years old or older to commission me. I do not accept parental permission. Proof of age may be requested at any point through the commissioning process
I open for small batch commissions (1-2 at a time) to ensure a short wait time. I primarily take commissions through offer forms or auctions. I will not be able to make every costume submitted to me. You must make payment to secure your spot in my queue. I do not hold spots, nor do I have a waitlist.

QUOTES
Quotes are given at specific times stated on my social media, and will be taken by form. They are only valid for the opening stated for on the form, and will expire once that opening has closed. Please do not contact me for a quote outside of my stated quote openings.
PAYMENT
A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE down payment is required to secure your place in my queue. The remaining 50% may be paid off through a discussed payment plan between client and maker, but cannot exceed more than 3 months. Full payment is preferred. Work will not begin until payment is complete.
All payments will be made through Paypal. Other payment options are available to US clients upon request.

REFUNDS
There is a non-refundable 50% downpayment. In the case of a cancellation I will refund based on the amount of work I have completed at the time of cancellation. After the costume is completed there is no refund option.
If 6 months pass without any communication from the client to me, The commission will be considered abandoned and no refund will be given.

COMPLETION/DEADLINES
No work will be started until the fursuit has been completely paid off. All fursuits will be completed in at least 6 months from the date of the final payment.
I work in a queue format. In the case of having more than one suit on the queue, the oldest commission will have priority.
The fursuit will be completed to the quality standards of all of my work, but please keep in mind these are handmade pieces of art. They may have inconsistencies or imperfections. Every fursuit comes with a 60-day warranty please refer down below for more information on repairs and warranty.
Deadlines are accepted for a fee. Please keep in mind I can get sick, have a personal emergency, or my equipment can fail on me at any time. I will do my best to meet deadlines, but will cancel them at my own discretion. In the case of a cancelation the refund fee will be refunded. I will communicate fully in the event of a canceled deadline.

WIP PHOTOS/CONTACT
I will contact clients through telegram, or email if requested. I give work in progress pictures based on my own discretion. I like to draw concept art and that will be sent alongside wip pics. I work every weekday, but not all of my progress will be shared directly with the client.

I often share images of my work on my social media as I create the costume. If you wish for no wips of your fursuit to be shared to social media, a fee will be charged.

SIZING/WEAR
All fursuits are built on a duct tape dummy, or DTD. These are required for making sure your fursuit will fit. An improperly made DTD will result in a fursuit that does not fit. Please follow my DTD tutorial closely and let me know if you have any questions.
I am not responsible for a poor fit due to a DTD error.

Fursuits can be incredibly physically taxing to wear. By commissioning one you understand that you will get incredibly warm, your vision will be impared, and you will lack dexterity. Please suit responsibly and stay hydrated. I am not responsible for any injuries that may happen while wearing your fursuit.

Clients are responsible for all shipping costs of their fursuits. Fursuits are shipped with USPS. Insurance must be requested by the commissioner, and is highly encouraged. Some larger fursuits will have to be shipped in multiple boxes.
International clients are responsible for any customs fees.
I am not responsible for a lost or damaged packages once it is out of my hands. I will do my best to work with you to find any lost packages, however I am not responsible for refunding a fursuit lost or damaged in the mail. For any questions regarding your package once it has left my studio please contact USPS or your local post office
If you would like your fursuit delivered to a convention please let me know ahead of time. I will charge $50 for any at-convention delivery. Delivery is not guaranteed, and I have the right to refuse for any reason. You are responsible for bringing your fursuit back home from the convention.

The warranty is voided if the costume has been altered or improperly taken care of.

REPAIRS/REFURBS
I will do large repairs past the 60-day warranty for $100/hour. You will be responsible for shipping the fursuit to me. Large repairs include: Broken zipper, Popped tooth seam, Loose removable part, Broken eye, Ripped fur, ect.
Any small repairs I am willing to help you with for free through messaging. I am willing to teach you how to repair pops in your seams, and I am here to help with any other small issues you’ve come across. Please keep in mind that these costumes will undergo wear and tear just like any other type of clothing.
